Overview
Sprout Social is a social media management tool that helps businesses communicate with customers, collaborate with teams, and measure social media performance. It effectively manages multiple social media channels, optimizing a brand's strategy and saving the company time and money.
Problem
Sprout users wanted a way to create a customizable landing page, known as "link in bio", to direct followers to their most valuable content. "Link in bio" became increasing popular and the feature was not available in Sprout. Users were unhappy and using alternative tools for this feature.
Solution
Provide a cohesive way for Sprout users to add links while composing a post and create a customized "link in bio" landing page all in one place.

Users tested a prototype during the design phase. What we heard:
